IEEE PIMRC 2019 invites panel proposals from both academia and the industry within the scope of communications and networking. The panel proposals should include:
- Title
- Abstract
- Expected number of panelists,
- Short biography and photos of the chair and the panelists
Panel proposals should be submitted as a single PDF file, not exceeding 3 pages. The submissions should be made by 15 March 2019 via email to the Panels Chairs Erol Hepsaydir (E.Hepsaydir@kent.ac.uk) and Peiying Zhu (peiying.zhu@huawei.com).
